Melters are made to melt chocolate and caramel to perfect temperature for enrobing fruit and candy. We find them incredibly useful to melt waxes and butters for lip balm or salves. The unit has a dual temperature range, enabling you to select the temperature range that works best for you. The cup will hold approximately 8 ounces. Clean up is a breeze as nothing sticks to them! Simply wipe them out with a paper towel and wash as usual. Extra cups are available to make more than one lip balm or salve type at a time.
