These guys work in timely manner for sure. After I placed my order on Internet they called me in about 15 min because they had some questing about my address. They also made sure that the method of shipment would meet my needs. The little dish that I got was chipped - they sent me the replacement in no time. The shipping is the fastest I've ever seen literally :-) this is my second time ordering and both times it only took 3 days and was processed and shipped the same day I order! I must say impressive!!!! And not only that you guys have the best unrefined Shea butter ever! So creamy and smells amazing! I cant be without, so here I am two weeks later ordering 4lbs of unrefined sweet smelling Shea & trying out the cocoa butter im sure it will be just as good.
