Hi, I just wanted to express how happy I am with Lotioncrafter. I have ordered from them three times and this last time I mistakenly put through the wrong shipping address in my order. I called and spoke to Jen and she corrected it immediately. I was very pleased with her efficiency that I had to come in write my own testimonial, something I don't usually do.

The last 2 orders arrived in a timely fashion but this one has taken a little longer because of the memorial day weekend. I knew it was going to be shipped late because on the site, they let the customers know that shipping would be delayed as a result of the holiday. I was very happy with this as well - at least I knew about the possible delay ahead of time.

Lotioncrafter has gotten another customer for life. Their packaging is amazing and the shipping is exceptional. I ordered using USPS first class to Ottawa,ON. It got to me in 7 days (5 business days). That's what I call class!!!

Man! I love this company!!!! The shipping is the fastest I've ever seen literally :-) this is my second time ordering and both times it only took 3 days and was processed and shipped the same day I order! I must say impressive!!!! And not only that you guys have the best unrefined Shea butter ever! So creamy and smells amazing! I cant be without, so here I am two weeks later ordering 4lbs of unrefined sweet smelling Shea & trying out the cocoa butter im sure it will be just as good. Please don't stop your amazing services!!!! Love this company, thank you from my whole family...
