this was my first order and i am amazed at how quick it went from ordering to processing to delivery to me.
My order was processed and shipped within just a few hours. I ordered early afternoon 12/16/2011 Friday and it was at my door before noon 12/19/2011 monday before noon. (i paid regular shipping) i have ordered my supplies from other companies and have not been so impressed. i will be ordering here from now on. thanks

Items all arrived on time and very well packaged. It looks like Lotioncrafter took the time to wrap and label each item carefully, legibly and to protect from moisture and light. They even returned part of my shipping cost to just cover the actual incurred shipping cost. Nice and honest seller. Will definitely return to shop for some more stuff. Thank you!
