Date Conversion
Use this date conversion utility to assist you in creating Lot Number labeling for your products. This enables you to create a lot number that you can identify, but one that is a little more difficult for your customer to decipher. For example, the first batch of product made on January 2, 2009 might be assigned this number: 0900201 (05=year, 002=day number, 01=batch number of the day). The calculator generates a sample Lot Number for you.Enter any Date you wish to calculate. Note, today's date is always the default and is displayed.

Flashpoint Calculator
Did you know that U.S. Postal regulations state that, unless you provide a Hazardous Cargo form on the outside of the box, you cannot ship products with a flashpoint below 201°F via Priority Mail? Want to know if that if that Perfumed Body or Linen Spray you're creating can perhaps be shipped via Priority Mail? Here's a handy way to check. This is an estimating tool only and is not meant to replace conventional flashpoint testing. If you need a company to do flashpoint testing for you, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide that information.Use this Flashpoint Calculator to estimate the adjusted flashpoint of anhydrous mixtures of oils, esters, silicones and fragrances. We have listed the known flashpoints of many fixed oils, as well as silicones and esters we carry. Choose your ingredient and add its percentage in your formula. We've also included "Other" rows where you can fill in the flashpoint and percentage of ingredients that may not be listed here. Note, your total must equal 100%.
