They have excellent quality products at very reasonable costs and able to buy in small quantities if needed without a minimum. | Hi, I just wanted to express how happy I am with Lotioncrafter. I have ordered from them three times and this last time I mistakenly put through the wrong shipping address in my order. I called and spoke to Jen and she corrected it immediately. I was very pleased with her efficiency that I had to come in write my own testimonial, something I don't usually do.
The last 2 orders arrived in a timely fashion but this one has taken a little longer because of the memorial day weekend. I knew it was going to be shipped late because on the site, they let the customers know that shipping would be delayed as a result of the holiday. | I have to admit, the products are well packaged, but the adorableness of the little containers makes me go, "awwww," when I start to formulate.
All cute aside, I love LotionCrafter. I can get products here I have a hard time sourcing at rates I'm willing to pay. I don't want to buy huge amounts of anything when I'm making initial formulations. I want to use small amounts to decide if something should be in my line. I can go small, or huge and that makes me feel confident that I can source what I need in amounts I can purchase. I can get silicones here I can't find anywhere else and I've made my own primer that's head and shoulders above anything else I've ever purchased for any amount of money.
