UPS is reporting severe winter weather is impacting service in areas of the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest, including locations in Arkansas, the District of Columbia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. There will be no pickups or deliveries today in the affected areas. So, while we are shipping as usual, packages in route to you for delivery today or over the next few days could be delayed. Mail in these areas may also be affected.

Hi, I just wanted to express how happy I am with Lotioncrafter. I have ordered from them three times and this last time I mistakenly put through the wrong shipping address in my order. I called and spoke to Jen and she corrected it immediately. I was very pleased with her efficiency that I had to come in write my own testimonial, something I don't usually do.
The last 2 orders arrived in a timely fashion but this one has taken a little longer because of the memorial day weekend. I knew it was going to be shipped late because on the site, they let the customers know that shipping would be delayed as a result of the holiday. I was very happy with this as well - at least I knew about the possible delay ahead of time.

Thought that I misplaced my soap bevel when I moved and then could not find the web sight of where the purchase originated. Found the bevel and thank goodness I found the receipt of the purchase!!! Wanted to pass on that it is fantastic and easy to use. It bevels two different sizes and I love it.
