I love lotioncrafters! I have only had two orders and their customer service is the most professional I have encountered! The day I ordered the product shipped! Superior products at the best price and very fair shipping!!! I am thrilled to find them and plan to order again very soon. Truly there is no ther place one need to order from, this is top notch, professional and ethical company! I think Jen is the owner and when I had questions promptly and professionally answered them! A plus! And i have ordered supplies from many places, there is no comparision!

These guys work in timely manner for sure. After I placed my order on Internet they called me in about 15 min because they had some questing about my address. They also made sure that the method of shipment would meet my needs. The little dish that I got was chipped - they sent me the replacement in no time.
