Our moisture pans are made of oil free aluminum and will distribute an even temperature across the pan. Use in the oven to determine percent solids or water when duplicating formulas. Can also be used to weigh ingredients on scales. Disposable or wash & reuse. Size: 5" diameter x 3/8" deep.
